It sure was tough this time around to pick from so many great yards out there. This is a great problem to have. Our 3-July Yard of the Month winners are these: 1236 Dexford, 12916 Heyerdahl, and 12944 Dionysus Drive. Congrats to all for their dedication to beautifying our neighborhood. The HOA Board was happy to award these winners with $50 each.

Congratulations to the June Yard of the Month Winners!! Winners received $50 in appreciation for their efforts to help beautify our neighborhood. The winners are located at 1216 Porterfield, 12717 Bartholdi and 12912 Heyerdahl.
06-26-2010 New Park Update
Your Board of Directors is currently working on park financing with the Iron Stone Bank. We await their final decision to finance approximately half of the cost of our park amenities. We continue to await final okay from the city on our park plans, but we expect that after all our meetings, plan changes and additions as requested by the city we will get that approval in July along with the bank financing. The board will keep everyone posted.
